So Sweden still do incredible bad, the 14th worst in the world, and with 12 times the number of deaths/populus compared to Norway, you all said let's see how it is in september, now it is october.
So.

Oh god.
I’d rather live there than the US right now.
Yes, just made a point about Sweden, a nation hailed for not taken precautions (at least not at the early stages, they do now though).
With the "leader" in office the US are of course doing worse than Sweden.
Cases are rising more sharply in Norway and Finland because there is less acquired immunity. The question becomes whether the European Central Bank can afford to continue to buy debt from countries that enact harsh shutdowns to protect their populaces. They already took on a bunch of debt last spring.

You know that Norway lend money to other countries?
That the number of infected in Sweden still are 2.5 higher in Sweden than in Norway (populusadjusted)?
Sweden have a sound economy.
Some other states in Europe do not, and that is a case of concern, but not really close to being the subject here.
Based on your dictation I’m going to guess you’re a Russian troll trying to stir up anger on this website.
No, I am Viking, but a lot of my heritage is also Sami, reindeerherders from northern Scandinavia and Russia.
It is a bit funny though that speaking against the trumpers I am accused of being a Russian troll, you do know that Donald is Vladimirs little puppet?
Also, I just love that you post NN so we all cannot follow what you post.

To be honest, there was this chessbroad that told, me, hey, you sound like Peter Svidler.

No, from Norway but he tries repeatedly to market his Viking theory, which says that the Norwegians are still Vikings today, something very special and superior. He posts positive messages about Norwegians or from Norway immediately. The neighbors from Scandinavia and many Norwegians see it with humor. Look, he even writes here himself: "I am Viking".
That can happen if you watch "Game of Thrones" or other series on Netflix excessively, where people dress in medieval costumes and wear full beards.

Being the 14th in the world without having a lockdown (I know there were a few measures, but not much), is pretty good tbh....

Definitely not. The Vikings are historically interesting, it was a long, long time ago. It's only said for fun.
Not even an Italian comedian will seriously say he is a Roman or a Roman legionnaire, and a Japanese businessman with a big belly and even thicker glasses makes a fool of himself when he tells his business partners from the USA after a glass of wine in the evening that he is a samurai fighter.

You are not a Viking. You couldn't navigate your way from Bergen to Stavanger on a boat, let alone find your way to Vinland.
This nation of over 10 million people has not gotten double digits in daily deaths since July 18.
Without evicting millions of people and destroying millions of businesses.
No second and third wave BS
Sweden did it right

I meant I’d rather live there bc they don’t have as many stupid rules as the US. I DGAF about covid, I want my normal life back.

You should probably do a little reading on the Trump Russian collusion hoax. There is now enough declassified information, and analysis out there, to point to the real perpetrators Clinton being #1. It's not aging well, so do yourself a favor, do some research, so you don't sound so ignorant.

Still, compared to Norway - 275 deaths and 51 per million. And Sweden still has more people infected day by day. And Sweden 5894 deaths and 584 per million. The swedish economy is'nt even a millimeter better, actually the other way around. Sweden did terribly compared to its neighbors - well, so far.
What is up with the obsession with Sweden?
Jealous much?
44th in cases for covid. Deaths are rock bottom and that is a good thing considering that cases are on a rise in Europe. Here is the links https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/sweden/
