Try Highbanks metro park, it is located on US 23 north of columbus but just south of Delaware. It has at least 10 different miles of dirt or grass trails on the property.
Yeah Highbanks is OK. Don't go to Sharon Woods metro park unless you want to run the 3.8-mile PAVED loop they have there. They have dirt and grass trails too, but everything is so short.

Blacklick in Reynoldsburg
Antrim Park - go off trail near the river - lots of winding little foot trails - kind of isolated though
Bio Reserve in Granville
Clearcreek Metro Park south of Lancaster - awesome!
thanks for the info. guys
Took my own advice and did a one hour run at Highbanks Metro Park yesterday, and it was awesome.
A little bit too loose with the gravel here and there, but overall great trails, shaded the whole way pretty much, and great views. I ran out and back, and even though it was very hilly, it was one of those runs where it seemed it was downhill both ways.
If you're in Columbus, go do it. I find the "Woodpecker" trails to be the best. Trails are marked with a wooden post at intersections.
Also, Highbanks is one of the oldest, if not THE oldest metro park in Columbus and has tons of old growth trees that throw some serious shade and just plain old look nice. Not like those 20-30 year old trees at Sharon Woods.
