Alright so I think Julien is a great runner but for real this man trains way too fast too frequently. And in the last year or more, it hasn’t been working for him yet he keeps doing it. What’s this man doing? His track times are really poor for how good he is on the roads. It’s almost impossible for him to be that slow on the track even though he ran a 59 half and damn near 27 flat in the 10k on the road. I just don’t get it. He trains way too hard he needs to chill out because it’s clearly costing him a lot of good performances. Does anyone else agree with me? I think the guy is an inspiration to distance runners in Europe and around the world but I’m worried he’s doing the wrong thing
