Have you seen some of the photos from the race where their whole bottom half was glowing green from being next to the light. There's no way he can say he didn't see it like he said for the 5k. It's not jealousy it's a fact it's a psychological technological crutch. Had he ran his 5k/10 more like Shelby houlihan I guarantee you no one would say anything. Bekele will probably never say anything about the lights but it is an advantage so we will always speculate what Cheptegei could run without the lights and what older runners can do with it. Especially knowing bekele negative split his records and ironically didn't have perfect pacing like Cheptegei has... although the latter was "unassisted" by the lights
