Right now I'm about 152 lbs, 10 lbs heavier than what I consider to be "peak" and I could maybe even get into the 130s. Anyways, last week I ran 5x 1 mile with 4.5 mins walk/jog (at 5000' elevation). 4:56, 4:45, 4:43, 4:40, 4:37. What sorta fitness yall think I would be in for 5k if I can cut the extra crap? And also just 5k fitness right now? Just curious and in bad need of motivation. Thanks.
