Jason Whitlock ???
Social justice is noble. Lies and propaganda are not. Unfortunately, the social justice community is full of lies and propaganda...
People are literally dying and this is what the NBA is worried about? Get some perspective, people. 200,000+ dead and all you want to do is argue about what a bunch of grown men playing a kids' game are putting on their jerseys?

You do realize around 3 million Americans die every year. And you too will die, I know you are obsessed with the media telling you to panic and be concerned but life goes on
If they were really reeling they’d remove them tonight.
But they’re not, so things must be fine.
This is more like when a team doesn’t wear a black arm band forever when someone dies.

The New York Times jumped the shark with that 1619 project. Taibbi wrote a good piece of what fraudulent journalism it really is, if anyone is interested.

I look like it's the OP that's the one worried about this...NBA just going about its business.

lol...dumbest take ever
I'm a huge NBA fan. I'm sick of the BLM stuff and think it's pointless for the NBA to spend so much time on it. I don't blame the players for being frustrated and in general support their concerns. But at this point everyone watching an NBA game is as aware as they can be. Hitting them over the head with it a thousand times more is not going to do anything. I just ignore it and skip the pre-game (same for NFL).
BUT
I'm not convinced the protests have anything to do with the ratings. It's October. I'm just kinda over basketball at this point. Even at the restart in the bubble, it was hard to get excited. It's just weird and out of sequence and different. Maybe the protests affected the ratings, but there are too many other variables to conclude that.

The two co-finders of BLM are self-proclaimed trained Marxists. Does the NBA really want to associate itself with this group of thugs?
Media convinced them that SJW nonsense is universal. Ratings tell them otherwise.

Well, I for one have rejected the NBA over all this SJW nonsense and protests.

I'm watching the game now. My kids and I can't get enough basketball. But I don't even notice the SJ messages etc... I couldn't tell you who has what statement on his jersey.

I used to watch a lot of baseball. Basically quit this year because I’m so sick of all the SJW crap. Never been an NBA fan but I can only imagine that it’s worse.
Too little too late.
This ghetto thug league has lost half of its fans. Screw the NBA.
"We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear-family-structure requirement".
Do any of you Democrats want to unlock your doors and let strangers in your "village" to take care of your kids?
They want group parenting instead of a traditional family.

Interesting phrase with which to end your post. For 210,000 life doesn't go on.
