For obvious reasons I'm not going to a gym. At home I have adjustable dumbbells (2lbs-25lbs), a 15lb short bar with 15lb plates and 20lb plates, and a 25lb kettlebell. I've mostly been doing 1minute intervals with the heaviest weight I can get to, but obviously it isn't very heavy (the heaviest I can get to with my setup is if I put all the plates on the short bar and that's only 85lbs).
Is there a more efficient way I can be doing this? I mean are there better exercises to do with the relatively low amount of weights I have, or should I just be doing more reps/longer intervals?
