I have always wondered if I am really limiting myself from enjoying beers over the weekends or even during the week. Can anyone pitch in their ideas on drinking beers while training? Is it bad/good or it does it not affect my training that much? I am currently averaging about 60-70MPW with 13-16miles for my long runs. Do any of you here have a cold one after your weekly workouts or how often can someone drink beers while logging this kind of mileage?
