This is niche, but that sprint reminded me of Sara Hall (Bei) closing in the year she won Footlocker.
Agree Seidel looked very good. Finished strong and that is only her second marathon.
Weather doesn't look or sound great on the NBC sports gold live feed for the men
Men's race has its own thread.
I didn't know Hall had prototypes. Boo Sarah. Boo any Prototype wearer you times are not legitimate.

good old bbc. Now we have the pesky women out of the way on lowly BBC2 we can go to the proper channel (BBC1) and watch the real race.
Its disgusting.
Defund the beeb.
Bit harsh
7am start of coverage. Match of the day probably still has more viewers on the 8 o clock start and Marr had the prime minister on after.
RUN FREE, FRIENDS! No big bad corp owns running!
tell your wife to bring you a beer.
I agree. Iwish Nike had never opened the can of worms with the superior shoe technology, because it really is ruining our beloved sport. I always hated Nike in the past because it's labor practices and now I completely hate Nike for the shoe-advantages argument ...and if anybody's shoes keep getting ***enhanced*** then what comes of our simple, wonderful, competitive ***sport*** of road running?
SARA HALL - Nice race momma. I imagine her 4 girls stayed up to watch as the race started at 11:15pm PST.
Did Flanagan finish? She is staying in Europe to run the world half on the 17th in Poland.[/quote]
Doubtful as US isn't sending a team. Or did I miss something?
Last I heard, that's correct: the US isn't sending a team to the Half Marathon World Championships. Perhaps Lindsey Flanagan can still race "unattached," not sure....?
anyone know if there will be a replay on any where?
