I am watching a video with Brooks Johnson. It is supposed to be about training middle distance runners and the guy cannot stay on topic. It is a rambling mess. He is talking about quality sprinters and spinning and Achilles tendon.
He was talking about 30m sprints as a workout and heel recovery. Ok, I get proper technique with running, but damn the dude is so disorganized.
He understands physiology and anatomy about as well as I would expect someone with a law degree to understand it.
