Leslie landed some nice grad transfers, couple good runners from Ohio and none have really raced or caught up to where they were upon arrival to Tempe. The big question is if Tinman and Coach Schwartz finally have a sponsor willing to spend some actual money as opposed to equipment, running a T-shirt store or online coaching.
So has Tinman Elite’s sponsorship changed? How will they sign better athletes or women at all to such a bro club?
Their Tinman Track Club (sub-elites) has done well with recruiting women of good ability. They already set some state records on Colorado soil at altitude. For example Tansey Lystad ran 16 low on a track 5k on high altitude, which converts to 15:30-15:40. Tinman Training works on females just as well as on males.
I see no issues with getting some 15 flat/low females for the elite squad. They might even move up some of the runners from Tinman Track club to the elite team if they show good results and potential.
I can't stand Tinman. Anyone else?

I concede that it will be amusing to see who fills this roster. You can bet they'll thrill to race next year's Fortitude 10K, the only race to actually invite them.
So it's been two months since this news dropped, what's happened since then? Other groups have been recruiting, signing, and announcing women added to their rosters, why nothing out of TME? Who's taking that call from Leslie rather than pounding "ignore"?
Cory is a good dude, but certainly didn’t get it done at ASU. Been boys with Drew for several years and got on staff with Tinman. The fact is, the group is stuck at barely qualifying for US Championships. Drew is the only possible national team qualifier. Wonder what their overall budget is because I am sure Cory was making some coin at ASU.
TME certainly seems like the Drew and his buddies show, doesn't it?

He's the best one in the group and the one that started it, so yeah that makes sense.
