No one on here is going to be able to diagnose any particular training issues (if there are any) without a lot more information. I don't know if you have a coach, but assuming you're not on a college team then you're plenty fast enough to run with a club that hopefully has a decent coach. As some have said, try to seek one out.
As for the bigger picture issue (recovering from an ED, struggling with performance), Lauren Fleshman has written some really good articles about these issues. Lauren doesn't seem to be popular with the many (too many) misogynists on this board, but I think she's a fabulous spokesperson for female runners and highlighting issues that are unique to them. Of course, she was also an incredible runner (NCAA champion, world championship finalist, etc) and is now a coach.
I put a link below to a "letter" she wrote to her high school self that isn't totally on point but is relevant. Note the part that she talks about improvement for young women isn't linear like it tends to be for guys, not getting discouraged by lack of improvement or even getting slower, and then getting to the other side so to speak as improvement will come. Google her writings as she has other good reads.
