Has anyone used the PT-1000 running shoe? I just read about them. Made in UK, military specs, used on roads and trails, good for 1000 miles. 21 day guarantee for return, no matter the condition.

I want to know if they are a comfortable shoe.
They look like Payless ShoeSource shoes and they weigh 12.3 oz
Thankyou, but that doesn't answer my question.
I used them back in the day. They are durable. Firm cushioning, so if you like soft, bouncy cushioning you will have to look elsewhere. They are comfortable enough. It has been years, but I did use them in several races. At the time, they were advertised more, and this was a period when running shoes, especially built-up trail shoes weighed more. 12 ounces was common. They would not be best on technical trails, as they do not have a trail tread. They would be a long lasting trainer, they would be a decent easy trail, gravel running shoe, if you do not want soft cushioning. I doubt the tech has changed much at all over the years. I do not know how much they are selling for, but definitely would not spend a new tech running shoe price.
Thanks for your input. I'm over 60 and run everyday and want something durable and somewhat comfortable for feet which have been running for over 40 years. I may try some due to the guarantee for them. Best Wishes.
