This will teach your body to sprint an entire 5k. You have enough time to train to run an Olympic standard 5k with the time allotted.
Just do this every day, along with 10 pull-ups and 20 tricep dips per day and I guarantee you’ll run at least sub 13:30.
When race day comes, just sprint from the gun! If you did the training you’ll be able to hold your all out sprint pace for 5000 meters. Thank me later!

You shouldn't run every day. Just go 2-3 days/week. Walk breaks are fine. Build up to a 2 mile long run and then trust yourself on race day. You got this!
