Going by last 2 weeks track workouts what sort of 5k does anybody think I should be aiming for

3x4x400 with 50s between reps and 3 min between sets

hard workout felt good after but wiped out next day.
1 week ago 4x1k with 2min rest 4 then 4x 300 with 100m walk

The 1ks were fairly comfortable went too hard on the first 2 300s
