So, I started a diet (noting special, just counting calories) in order to reach my racing weight.
It's has been almost 2 weeks now, and during every run my legs feel somewhat heavier and my heart rate is higher, despite my breath being normal and no way I could do a workout right now, tried to do a cruise interval workout, felt more like an interval workout nd had to call it quits.
Wonder if it's normal while running on a caloric deficit (650-750 cal/day) or if my body isn't reacting very well to high mileage and low fueling?
