Women have something like 17 scholarships to give, compared to the guys 11.7 or whatever it is. She's a very accomplished runner already, she would certainly get more than 40% even at a pretty successful program like oklahoma state. I'd bet she's closer to full than 40%.
She's a foot locker finalist, I believe more than once (so she's not some fluke runner that had one good season)... Even if she barely gets better, imagine having a team full of 17 runners like her (the 17 scholarships for women's track)... Oklahoma state doesn't try to have a well-balanced track team like some other P5 schools do, they go pretty big in distance events. So the chances are she's got a full scholarship. I got 50% to a conference championship P5 school, I never qualified for foot locker nationals, and I'm a guy (remember guys have less scholarships to give).
