I’d think you should but shooting for sub 4:40. These workouts should put ya between 4:30-4:40 in my book

Yeah these workouts aren't super specific. Would like to see more 400s & less rest. 200s are short & done in about what sub-4:40 milers would do them in, maybe a little quicker/maybe a little slower depending on the athlete.
I wouldn't be shocked with something in the mid-4:40s but the pieces are there for the 4:30s.
