Depends on the pace of course.
Slow jogging – I would say pretty sure 100+ miles.
All out effort – I would say 100 meters maybe.
Half marathon effort – just around 13 miles.
5k effort – somewhere around 3 miles.

Joking? Why?
I know 80 year olds who still run in 24 hour competitions and get 100 miles done in less than 2 days. Not everybody is so out of shape like Greg.
What is your bench press?
At this altitude, I can run flat out for a half mile before my hands start shaking.

How far could you run if you had to right now
I don't understand, Greg. Why would I "have to" run as far as I possibly can right now? What do you have planned? Stop threatening me.
Along those lines, read this:
https://www.runnersworld.com/advanced/a20846383/calf-heart-attacks/Basically, take it easier than you want to/think you have to. I spent 3 months dealing with mine until I could begin to run consistently and build up.

No idea. I am a runner and not Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Unfortunately, I found out yesterday about 3.5 miles and then my calf strain resurfaced and I had to walk it in. I'm 40 and I have not been able to finish a run in 3 months. I always end up limping home with what feels like a calf strain. Any tips?
I had also calf strains ending every run, and I thought: "Hmmm...maybe I should stretch my calf BEFORE I run." That really worked for me, try that.

You actually would benefit from regular therapist appointments
I did a 16 mile run this week at 8:10 pace which is a jog. Non stop I could probably run 30 miles at that pace before my legs got very stiff.

Awesome. I will probably go for a run/jog later on today. I've taken 18 days off. I know when my body is ready to get back into it and I think today I might. We'll see.

18 days off. Why?
I have 35 miles since Tuesday. Race season is coming up soon.

Why run if my body says rest? Just wondering, what are your pr's? Runing used to mean a lot more to me than it does now. I'd still consider competing again one day, but, why force myself to train and race if I am not happy doing it right now? I have still run more miles this year than 99% of people, I would guess.

Get some rest, Pam—you look tired.

100 miles sub 17:00
That was a long time ago. Now I am happy to get 100 miles in 24 hours.
