They're asking for no Spectators so they should film it and put it up on YouTube
Maybe utilize some drone technology to get some really cool footage

Excellent to hear! Hopefully they broadcast it, or have footage of it!
Wish they mentioned who's in the lineup!

16 maximum runners per team, so almost half of the NC State roster will not run!
No Tuohy.
shocking news! One K Tuohy is shown in what appears to be a running state on NC State Instagram https://www.instagram.com/stories/wolfpack_tf_xc/2403895020397303518/?hl=en
Wahoo!!!

16 is a lot though. Only 7 can run sometime so 16 is a lot. Results should be interesting see where everyone is
So what do you guys think? Any predictions? Do you think all of the freshmen will run?
Congrats?
It'll be VERY interesting to see who will run. Hoping Tuohy and Starliper are in the mix so we can see how well they do. Ewert sure had a great start to her collegiate career last weekend!
I think everyone that's healthy basically is going to run in terms of girls who really have a chance to place in Nationals
I'd imagine all their freshman we'll run unless someone's getting redshirted
Hannah Steelman Kelsey chmiel Dominique Nevada Mareno, and maybe three or four other returners are strong runners in terms of Nationals
Probably the fact that they just showed Touhy and starliper on the website means that they're healthy and going to run.
Anyone know when Stanford and New Mexico state have their first meets should be a chance to see how the top programs compare. Yeah Arkansas looks pretty good as well
bet its more like a turkey trot than an actual competitve meet

Serious? Why? Arkansas meet was pretty competitive. I'm sure it'll probably be a pretty good effort. I mean I wouldn't kill yourself this early in the season. But it seems like there training pretty hard.
Yawn. Glorified workout.
People hoping there's a broadcast of it. LOL.

Both Stanford and New Mexico have cancelled their XC seasons consistent with their conferences.
Speculating on which 16 of the 30 runners of NC State will run seems a little pointless to me, but if we must, I say few if any of the freshman run this week.
They should just use like 15 smartphones. And then put all the footage together into one video. Would be so much more interesting than when they just film from three stationary positions. Just have like 10 to 15 people set up with Smartphones at different spots.
Isn't there still talk of having a national championship over the winter
And isn't everyone getting an automatic extra year of Eligibility as well
Anyway I think most if not all of the freshmen would be in their top 12 or 13 Runners so unless things have changed I'd imagine they would want to run
Unless they want to Redshirt and go for 6 years of school, but not even sure that's how it would work.
Anyway if the NFL can play football and have fans hopefully that's a good sign if things go well
I guess we'll see what happens but I think you guys are being a little unrealistic about how motivated they are to certainly win their conference and be training for the future Seasons as well.
I saw Tuohy out running in Raleigh a week or two ago and she looked fine. Cruising along with nothing obviously wrong with her stride.
This is a free season. NCAA already announced. So no worries, anyone can run.
The championship is supposed to be March 15 I believe. No offense to Duke and VT but I think NC State has upperclassmen that can win this tri meet, not that it really matters. The ACC Championship on October 30(I think) is probably the meaningful race. If you are the coach, why would you run Tuohy this week? You have plenty of other runners who have been training so why run one who is in all likelihood not in top shape? If it was up to me, I would give some others a chance to compete for their school.
