Hi guys, my pb is 26.83 for earlier in January after 4 months of training middle distance (and then transition to sprint workouts in the last month of that cycle after I started to like sprinting more.) I had to take 7 months off, restarted in late August and in my 5th week of training ran a 28.05 200m. What are the chances I run under 27 in 7 weeks? Appreciate any answers or advice, thank you!
