Hey fans before someone made a thread just asking me how I'm going. I believe the username was the other hemi. Then I replied to his question but then the thread got deleted? I emailed Wejo but he didn't do anything about it so I have to create a new thread to update you.
So In August, I ran a 5k TT in 19:53 and I was pretty happy with that. The training was going good and my workouts were good too. I as running 40 + km every week!!! Unfortunately one day I felt light pain and I shrugged it off. However considering this pain I stopped early. The top right leg pain got worse. A week later I was practically limping while running so I decided to take a whole week OFF and I did. The pain stopped but It felt hard running as in my legs felt all uneven and heavy and I couldn't run normally. my coach noticed that I was not feeling right so he said I should go to a Physio. Then The physio said he thinks I have a stress fracture so I need to get an MRI and he said I cant run, flip or do anything at all until the MRI test. The MRI is in 3 days so I'm being tortured to not run. I have a state cross country competition in like 20 days and I'm probably gonna do crap. So technically I might get fat soon if I cant run any longer even tho Im been careful to eat less. I still do walk tho.
