So I am running a 5E+5M+2E light workout tomorrow.
I was already planning on running out 5 on the trail near my house and then running the 5 back on the same trail with 80-100 feet of net elevation loss (because it’s fun to run on a gradual downhill!)
I just looked at the weather report and it is going to be 44 real feel with20-25 mph winds directly at my back. Should make for a quick Daniels marathon pace jaunt.
