It's true if you suck at time management. If you know how to manage your time well, you can have free time.
Like even now, you're not helping yourself or your argument at all by spamming letsrun. It takes away from time you can be doing something productive or this time you're wasting on letsrun is free time in general.
Still, college is literally harder than a full-time job
When have you had a full-time job?
Since I have been through undergrad and 2 grad degrees and have worked full time for longer than you have been alive, a job is much harder because if you screw up you lose your job. If you fail a class, you can take it again. (This leaves aside violating conduct codes that could get you kicked out of school, but that is something pretty dramatic).
In a job you have a boss who might not give a crap about what else is going on in your life. Or might not let you turn in work late because you know the client is expecting it.
If college is harder to you than a job, then you are going to be challenged in the work world.
