I want to run a decent 5k or something in November. Right now l am just keeping fit running 30-45 minutes a day easy. I will build up to about an hour easy this week, and the start adding a little turn over, like 400, or 800, or something like that. By mid October l want to be running twice a day. I ran all spring, but caught Covid 19 in March, and it wasn't until late April or May before l could really run, then in late June l lost my job and other things, so l just basically ran a mile or two a day, just to destress, but in the middle of August l started running 30-40 minutes or so a day. My goal is to be in shape before my 48 birthday in December. Is it possible? I need something to motivate me with all the hardships my family has been through.
