Personally I am going to start selling my new plan
Monday - double threshold
Wednesday - Double CV
Friday - Short hill sprints
on the other days 80 mins of easy running in the morning and night at like 9 min pace....
And we will do 6 weeks of seeing god workouts right before race season.:). I am going to be so00 famous....
Seriously though if your a promising HS/College runner, wouldn't you try double threshold workouts over the summer?
