It was great to see Elain T back in some semblance of the form that saw her dominate 2016/2017. That was sparkling 10.85 run. Now to get her SAFP and Richardson to throw down.
Yep, that was a crisp 10.85, she looked very good throughout the race, although I did see some tightening. If she let that speed flow more at the end, we’d be looking at a 10.7
Del Ponte under-performed, Hobbs was blocky and tight, and Ta Lou seems like she has been taking this year semi-easy.
What a pair for the JAM relay, they are both baaaack.
Maybe Dolt should come back after all.
Yeah, Ta'Lou is a shadow of her former self. Not even an 11:00 this year.
I seem to recall that Hobbs had surgery on either a hamstring or was it a knee? I don't know much about her, but I never had her as one of those sprinters with that extra gear.
Elaine's mechanics are near perfect. I look forward to her and SAFP competing. I hope we don't get a repeat of that Bolt/Blake foolishness where they did not compete against each other except for for global championships.
Bolt can return and dominate the 100 if they kick Coleman to the curb.
