The other day I was picking up weights at a used sporting goods store and they had some discusses (disci?) for sale so I bought one (just 1kg as they didn't have a 2kg) and I've been tossing it around as a light workout and it's kinda fun!
Does anyone here have any experience throwing the discuss? How good were you? What was your training like. I've gotten into olympic lifting and would like to try and see how far I can toss it
