I'm a little confused, didn't you say you were in shape to run a 2:35 marathon and isn't that about 3:40 pace? 30 minutes at marathon pace shouldn't be too difficult.

Here is the terrible truth... what's the use of these JS workouts if I can't even run half an hour at the pace of a marathon? Absolutely no have stamina....

Well......what things without substance do you write about my coaching of you ? As long as you could do the workouts proper up to the plan everything was great until your old injury caused by surfing/ windsurfing interrupt the very good improvement.And as you know I have never prescribed you any 3:40 paced workouts......no need for marathon race pace in training.
It`s so sad for your sake that you don`t seem to realize how fast the Dancan system made a clear impact on your shape and level. Thanks to the training you did with me you can now hold a very good basic aerob easy pace and now you have a very good platform to build further on.If you can stay away from more injury time the good times will come. Slava has had some injuries, made worse by you not recognising their potential before or reality during. so yes, he wont have made improvments he might have made. he might have lost a little conditioning, but to not be able to run for 30-60mins at 3:40/k pace????????? yu told him he would be able to do it in 3:20/k pace in february. how much of a lie was that?
It seems to me he had the potential 6 months ago to run marathon time of 2:40 - 2:50, and oyu have turned him into a 3:10+
