That's unfortunate. Stay safe. Any chance of vaccination soon?
Stay safe.
If you catch covid we will blame JS and call it DANCOVID method, lol.
Best wishes to your family.

Alright.
Have questions:
1) AM/PM session pace difference on double easy days?
2) AM/PM session optimal break (current 6h)
3) Double days structure:
a) easy/easy (current)
b) easy/hard (easy+workout)?
c) hard/easy (easy+workout)?
d) hard/hard (double workout)!?
4)
80 miles: 2 double days or all single? (current 2 double easy days)
90 miles: 2 double days or 3 double days?
100 miles: 3 double days or only 2 double days?
For the marathon I'd get as far as possible in singles. I've done about 130km (slightly more than 80 miles) on 6 days of singles, and not running the other day was due to other commitments rather than a rest being necessary; thus I think I personally could get comfortably up to about 145 - 150km (slightly over 90 miles) on seven days of singles. All of that running was moderate or quicker too. I am the sort of runner who can tolerate/responds well to this sort of training, though. If I were a little quicker I'd cover more distance in the same time (60 - 75 minutes for a standard run), and can imagine getting above 100 miles on singles in that case.
A crucial thing is to be able to do high volume workouts. Any time I do intervals, I am able (even when putting in a block of 5km work within the run) to do at least 16km, and almost always 18km or more.
PS - I of course mean 16km etc in total for the run, not 16km at 5km pace!

Many here counted and came to the conclusion that 20x400 @68-69s (0% gradient) in October 2020 was not a 5K workout, but 2K-1.5 K rhythm, and now you have taken these figures and compare them with today's 20x400 @74.6 s @5K (0.45% gradient) and conclude that there is no progress... on the contrary, look, Canefis ran 3 months ago 68-69, and now runs only 74.6 s... 😃that is, on the face of regression...And then look for an excuse to gut....
Week 44 was 1% incline. No Nike vapors?
Today’s with .45% with Nike Vapors?
Oké .55% gradient difference.
If you run a marathon or 10k TT with 1% gradient, will you deduct time loss on your racetime?
When will you TT, Slava?

It will be on the dumped week 4th or 3rd. As I am bumping volume as follow: last week-76mile, current week-82mile, next week-88mile or dump (we will see my condition) and then I will dump volume down and perform TT.
I use now strong supplements and 10 hours sleep stable every day.

Do you also use meldonium? My Russian is not that good, so sorry if google translate made an error. Isn’t that for heart disease or something.

Yes I use it. It is banned substance (doping), but not banned in Russian. It Increases speed of oxygen transfer.
Canefis is doped to the GILLS

Okay, I thought you maybe had a heart condition.
JS, you say you hate filing. Your client openly uses a banned substance. What gives?
Hate doping* I didn’t proofread.
