I`m 100% sure, no need for high altitude training. The importance for the result is overestimated.

I agree with you when it comes to altitude but Kenya would have its advantages for Canefis:
1) A running culture.
2) Very few distractions.
3) Hopefully he would live in a place with poor internet signal and he would not have to listen to you.

Today a very good 20 x 400 by Canefis. But I let him tell himself about it.

Completed 20x400 @74.6s avg, avg rest between reps 75.4s, non of the rest did not exceed 90s, felt a lot of power in legs. Plan was 15-20x400 @75-76s.
....Hills, I told already, when I run at my home with avg gradient of all runs 1% due to terrain, I have good progress.
From this week we will start easy easy to add double days in order to kick miles as high as I could hold with good recovery between quality sessions. 3-4 easy days will be between quality days and more precise recovery control.
