But it's not his debut marathon, his debut was on the 24th of Juli 2020

Couldn't care less about the great Lizard, but i do hope that Canefis don't end up like Phil, the late runner
39th week:
Mo: easy 60min @04:23
Tue: 20x400 @03:02min/km
We: easy 50min @04:23, avg heart rate=137
Breezing is little heavy
Legs are heavy
Generally: normal, not tired.
So far, so good
Alright.
I have faced with following problem:
1) Treadmill max speed=20 km/h.
- East pace: I have a room;
- LT pace: still have a room from 03:17min/km until 03:00min/km
- 5K pace need to be run more than 20 km/h already.
Any suggestion/solutions, in studio please??
At least 1 month more have to use treadmill before touchdown a ground....

It`s absolutely no fake ! This is what happens with a talented runner and coached by
the Magic Wizard and his great "waterproof" system in short time.JS coached me from 16.30 to 15.37 in just 2 months!

Exactly! Look at the first post on this page (page 4). I said JS must have emerged as '?????'. Turns out, that seems to be accurate. As mentioned in earlier posts, I wasn't convinced that the alleged coach this thread was actually JS. Neither of the 2 registered user names from the past is being used here. It's a new one, which would imply it's a rando posing as him. Some version of Magic or Majik Wizard is exactly what an imposter just looking to mock the Great One and make us laugh all the more would use.
But ????? seems very much to be the man himself. The strange broken English and the bizarre spacing around end-of-sentence punctuation is a dead giveaway. Showing up as an interested bystander who has become aware of the record books being rewritten by JS runners is classic Spamming Swede. Now, I guess you'd have to use a different computer for every name within a thread, but he used to be both of his older registered names back-and-forth so that's doable for him apparently. This ????? posting all of a sudden is reasonable proof that the real World's Greatest Coach is driving this thread. Did he register yet another name? Then use his trademark 'post as someone who has heard of and is actually interested in JS' technique? I guess so. Anyway, I'm more convinced it IS the man himself whom all of you are ridiculing.
The main question now:
Is the hero in this thread real or just made up? Making up the whole thing would require registering 'Canefis', but there seem to be 3 versions of JS handles so that wouldn't slow him down if he had various computers connected to different providers. Keep in mind Phil existed, and though he most certainly didn't make it to the Trials, he seemed to be a native English writer - i.e., not JS by another name -and came across as very believable (and sympathetic - I was sort of rooting for him). I'm not sure if those of you think the runner doesn't exist in any sense a right on or if it's some dude JS knows and really talked him into this or what.

Yes, great so far. It looks we can have you at max speed at the treadmill next week and then 72 sec at 20 x 400m and LT-s at 3:15 min/ km . After that we will alternate the pace the next coming weeks for some inbuilt periodisation and add specific long run . Will be very interesting to see what happens when you hit land.

Sure, if I breezing not well, I also inform, as you can see from my last day "Wednesday" where breezing was not well.
Canefis looks legit, you can check his strava.
He has his account for a few years, so.
Also the great Lizard has a strava account and manually put up his training sessions.
Big laugh about that.
