Well....as I told early it`s most truly a mission impossible to break 2:20 already in February, but it`s not impossible :)

The troll?
Lots of people know you are a liar. There are at least 3 of us in my team.
You have a horrible reputation.
You will feel jumping them on your back during marathon (about 32-35km will post the exact km and meters later ;)).

You and JS just love the attention but the real trolls here are the two of you with your sub 2:20 by February and your VDOT = 71 bs.

Answer :-/
Most of those who spoke on this topic agree that the training plan is questionable, but no one provided their plan or the right plan, one unconstructive criticism and jubilation at my injuries and some difficulties when resuming running after the treadmill.
I mean the "right plan" would probably be something a bit more battle hardened and orthodox i.e. Daniels, Pfitz, Canova etc. not low mileage with some 400 workouts at LT pace to prep for a marathon.
Canefis, there are quite a number of 2:20 marathoners on Strava. I recommend you look them up and follow some of their training. I promise you that you will find some differences between them but there will be more commonality than difference. NONE of their training will resemble anything close to the plan you are on at present.
I also haven't seen a lot of jubilation when you hurt your foot etc. I don't think anyone wants to see you hurt. I have seen a lot of Coach JS hatred but that is pretty much par for the course on Letsrun.

I am not responsible the way you feel/read the replys and/or answers/questions.
But no one likes it when you get hurt/injured, so no celebrations because you injured your foot.
A (right) plan... first you need to know what you can run on a 10k-HM for example and base your training on that, what you are capable of, not what you wish for.?
You ran a marathon on your treadmill, (4:58"/km =3H30) so you know the distance and are mentally oke.
Now you need to run 3:19"/km 42times and a bit.
Go for it! You never know untill you try

.
400 workouts at LT pace?? Where did you get that from? The DANCAN-system is mainly built on 400 workouts at 5 k race pace! Then the LT:s will be mostly at 800-3000m ! A big difference .......
With this system I have coached a 2:07:38 win in Valencia marathon as personal coaching record so far, also a 2:10:44 win in Nice - Cannes marathon , also a debut 2:10 marathon followed by a 2:08 in the second attempt, also a 2:09:26 at Eindhoven marathon, also a female debut marathon in 2:26. The system is already proved many times .
47th week:
Mo: easy spin 180min @121 bpm
easy run 60min @04:25, avg heart rate=140
Tu: sup session 240min @98 bpm
easy run 50min @04:29, avg heart rate=139
We: easy spin 180min @115 bpm
easy run 70min @04:28, avg heart rate=138
Th: easy spin 195min @116 bpm
easy run 50min @04:28, avg heart rate=136
Fr: easy spin 124min @104 bpm
easy run 60min @04:27, avg heart rate=131

This is just great! Today 60 min easy at 4:27 and a drop from Monday to Friday with 9 beats per min! That`s only 68% of MHR and if 15 x 400m at 73-74 sec tomorrow will be painfree or almost we will increase the easy pace next week for a new achieved level. So far so good.
One of the very good things with the system is that you don`t have to know your 10 k or HM race times. The training results with pace and pulse tells the coach everything that is necessary to know to calibrate right individual pace and predict race capacity.

I know why you don't respond to the question i asked you, Jan :))
Doesn't matter
Normally when people wish you good luck they say " Break a leg" but in your case that is not the best encouragement.
So... Go Canefis and stay healthy!!
I'm signing off *ploink*
How did that very good system work out for Phil?
