How about just saying - Nice race kid, congratulations ! and just leave it at that
That is what I would say. But somebody started a thread to discuss the validity of the record and the future potential of the kid. No way it is a world record because entire training groups in Africa are faster. And US kids have a bad track record of performing well in adulthood when they were doing big mileage as children. It is the exception when somebody is successful from a young age.
