I am a college student living in a shared house with other student athletes from my college. We all compete in the mile and 5k as well as for our cross country team. At the moment we do 60-80mpw but are always looking for that extra boost.
I have decided to turn the house into an altitude chamber.
So far I have sealed the windows and doors but need to remove oxygen from the house. Do I need a pump or vacuum or something else to do the job? I reckon it will be a cheap alternative to travelling to altitude especially as the government has taken away our right to freedom of outdoors.
We are looking to break 28 for 8k this autumn and make the conference meet.
