So Dershowitz, who as the lawyer for the guy who hired Michael Flynn is obviously biased, argues not that Flynn didn't lie; he seems to concede that point. Dershowitz' argument is that Flynn's lie was not material to the FBI investigation.
Dershowitz' position is at odds with Flynn's own words. In Flynn's guilty plea, he not only admits that he lied to the FBI, but that he made "materially false statements and omissions" in an interview with the FBI (bolding is mine).
Sure, sometimes innocent people plead guilty for many reasons. But Flynn had good lawyers and plead guilty because he was guilty, as he admitted under oath.

Flynn did not have good lawyers. They "inadvertently" did not provide Flynn with documents that were also exculpatory. Flynn fired them in 2019 because of their poor representation.

It wasn't until 2 years later that new info came out that proved Flynn is actually a victim. There are literally FBI notes that say Flynn didn't do anything wrong and that they were interviewing him not for the truth, but rather "to get him to lie".
And recently, we learned that the Mueller team erased data from nearly 30 phones - a clear crime of both destroying federal records and obstruction of justice. Their excuse was "they forgot the passwords"
This makes Trump look desperate.
His campaign has gone through most of the cash they raised that hasn't been siphoned to the family and girlfriends and now he is going with PEDs to try to smear Biden?
I mean, it's clear Biden was probably on something during the debate. He can't even get through a 2 minute softball interview without making a fool of himself. With that said, I think Trump uses adderall (spelling?), so they both are on something. I don't think Biden has dementia, necessarily, but he's not operating at a high level. Two people pushing 80 (three if you count Pelosi, who is 80) shouldn't be running the country. They should be 15 years retired.
Why does anyone seriously consider anything Trump says? He lies about everything. He couldn't break wind without it being "fake news".
