Not sure as everyone's body is different. I was 5'10" and 205. Back in the day when I was running competitively I was the same height but weighed 143. About two years ago I rode my bike a lot and over the course of 7 weeks I dropped 21 pounds putting me at 184. During that 7 weeks I was riding about 30 miles everyday. I was only running about 10 miles a week on three days of running.
