A lot of talking about Gressier's diet. Is he addicted to junk food like every day or once in a while?
My guess is that it is blown out of proportions. Anyway, if he train as international top level runner, that is not possible without proper nutrition. So whatever he eats, I am sure he gets enough of what he needs.
For example, if he doesn't get enough protein through his eating, his muscles would be weak, if he didn't get enough iron, he would be weak and quickly fatigued. So I don't believe in either.
Maybe he could have extra weight, but with all that training, I am sure he would use all the calories from whatever he eats.
Remember, there is minerals and vitamins in almost everything we eat, more or less, and also every body is different when it comes intake of the minerals and vitamins, from the food to the body. Some can for example eat a lot of healthy iron-rich food, but still have low values.
So Jimmy, if you read this (probably not), eat what you want with good conscience ?
