Maybe we should consider another Norwegian youngster as a future hope of European distance running.
Narve Gilje Nordås is 21 years old. Last year he had 14,08 at 5000m and was 5. at the under 23 euro champs 10000m in 28,59 and ran a half marathon in 1,04.
This year he has joined Team Ingebrigtsen, running 3,39, 3,56, 7,50. All these races he has won, and earlier in the season he also ran 13,33 for 5000, after Henrik's 13,19, but clearly beating the rest of the field.
He says he is slow and talentless, but I think with consistent training over some years he can be really good at 5000/10000/ half marathon.
