I (and I’m sure many others) would like to see your progression with Coach JS.
I don’t think that I would be able to like running or continue running if it had to be mostly on a treadmill.
Slava`s treadmill training will just continue for some short time more , then he will run normal when not working at sea for a couple of months. The thing is that you can learn to love the treadmill when you see great improvement. I myself ran one of my best races after 3 months winter training only at treadmill. A win in the Gothenburg Sylvester race 10. 55 km ( with a long tuff hill at the end), winning time 31:30 . And a runner that needs more motivation to make the treadmill running fun can watch TV , films or listen to music , or both at the same time.
