I have learned a lot from some of the training logs on here so I figured I would put one up. I write some of my own training but also get some workouts from my coach. Any suggestions/critiques of my training would be greatly appreciated. I also think this will just help me to reflect on my training as well as keep track of it.

Started running xc in middle school. I never ran track because I used to play lacrosse in the spring. I was going to run track for the first time this year but then coronavirus happened. I have built up to low 60s for mileage over the summer, mostly stayed in the 50s last year. I will post my last few weeks for some added context.
