NOT even remotely devastated. IF anything I feel vindicated. Mo is not aging well and you can see he has no chance at any more gold medals. This was a weak world record. Very weak. That is why Mo pursued it. Having asserted my feeling of vindication, I admit that I was WRONG, and yet feel justifiably vindicated regarding the thrust of my main points.
congrats to mohammed farah for getting a world record literally no one runs. inb4 mo farah uses his "world record" as a defense for him being the greatest runner that has ever lived. no wonder all the top 5 runs for this so called "event" is within 500m and 3 of those people are randoms who are only semi pros.
I guess you are going home devastated since he got the record. Stick to your day job, don't go into predicting results.

Nice try licking your wounds. You FAILED in your prediction, that's the bottom line bud. Take the punch to the chin like a pro.
Thanks for this info and congratulations to Mo - a well deserved record and an amazing feat at age 37

Mo is past his prime so that they had to agree to let Mo win. This Abdi guy is not an all time great by any means and he is 8 meters behind Mo. Mo is FINISHED and I called it. Vindication is not so sweet when one is always nailing these prognostications.

i think we can both agree that the one hour run "event" is the pr event for a failing athlete that hasn't succeeded in anything recently
good run by Mo. in control the entire race. Sub 59 half marathon pace. And he had to lead the most difficult part of the race, which is possibly his biggest weakness.

Well said. To me it was further proof that Mo knows this is it. How many runners in history could run farther than Mo just did? Probably 15 to 20 at least?
Correction: "Heres Jonny" will fail in his quest to make Mo Farah look bad because Mo did indeed break the world record. Better luck next time!
Cool story bro
Mo’s race today is equivalent to about 59:18 for a half marathon. This is tied for the 103rd performance all time. Call me NOT impressed.

probably all of the top 25 of the mens half marathon and the 15 people (even galen rupp) of the mens 10000 that are faster then him
i've completely forgot. has he also worn the latest nike prototypes that improve your time by 10% and his version is to designed to look like a normal nike shoe or the already-cheat vaporflys?

Can we agree it's a fake world record? Does the iaaf even maintain records for the 1 hour run?
news flash!
i've just gone back to kipchoge's ineos race and he got to 21 kilometers in 1:00:04 and then raced another 21 kilometers!
also bekele was at 20.79km at 1:00:20 and then also ran the second half of the berlin marathon in 2019
quite interesting

Prognostication is the literal opposite of what you did when you started this thread, you weirdo.
Anyway, nice run by Mo!
