I am fully aware that I am an unreconstructed dinosaur when it comes to employee relations, but all these snowflakes need to grow a thicker skin and learn that the world is not there to stroke their egos and pat their heads every time someone says or does something that bothers them. CEOs are responsible for making difficult and unpopular decisions, like substantial layoffs, when necessary for the health and survival of the business. In the current economic environment most CEOs will have to take actions that will have negative impacts on some subset of employees. It is an easier avenue and psychological crutch for employees to look at such actions through the lens of racism, sexism or some other cultural insensitivity, rather than reflect on their personal performance and the current needs of the organization.
Or you can look at the actual racist acts such as "employees were told to chemically relax their hair to appear more professional". I do wish an employee would put their name on the accusations though. Someone followed up with rebuild nyrr but it looks anonymous still
