At this point it's all speculation based on garbage data. Notice how he removed the times from the IG post. I couldn't find any of his track workouts on Strava, where his 10k PR is 30:21. There are articles about his training, like
https://runningmagazine.ca/sections/training/what-you-can-learn-from-kilian-jornets-2019-training-log/, where the numbers don't make sense, like doing 10x200 @35 and 10x400 @67. And most importantly, he's never done a flat road or track race. So...
Your post is full of bullshit.
1. He didn't remove times, they never were included in the post actually. He posted them somewhere in the comments answering a question and this comment is still there, even though instagram algorithm makes you scroll up
2. He obviously stopped regulary posting on strava for some time now, so obviously you won't see track workouts there (as well as no other training runs)
3. Yes, he's never done a flat race, but at least he did some flat stuff in training recently so we can judge his potential. Obviously it's not suprising that someone who can run a 30min 10k twice a day can go sub30 even after a vertikal k when going all out (I mean, sub30 seriously isn't that special, even women do it regulary now. Obviously the best guy in mountain running should be able to do it easily)
