Seems the Aussie's are running extremely well at the moment. Lets not forget that Stewy McSewyn ran a 3:31 1500m last weekend.

Ramsden not doing too shabby either.
He is already better than Jacob Ingenutsen.
Ingebrigtsens 3:28:68 converts to a 3:45 mile, so no.

Who? Dude, I am referring to Hoare already being better than Jacob Ingenutsen and then you say no but your reasoning is some other guy has run a 3:45 mile equivalent. Pay attention and why bring up somebody I didn’t mention.

That’s Ingle-brix-ten, please.
Stewy big boi mcsweyn also did a 13:09 5000m in sweden yestyday.
How’s the high school kid do?
4:02.62 for 6th. Crazy this kid in his last two races has run 4:01 and 4:02, roughly the same times as Drew Hunter and Brodey Hasty, and he’s doing it in August.

Being better in which category?
"Wins by 5 seconds!" is not actually bigger news than "wins by 1 second!" because then there would be two fast miles ran.
"Wins by 20 seconds!" would mean a basically terrible race.
The aussie's are doing a great job of developing their juniors and this is a just another example. Tiernan, McDonald and Hoare all NCAA Champions. Add McSewyn and Ramsden and they all are all very young with Tiernan the oldest at 26.
So he's faster than Snell now!

Nope, it's not a shorter track its because south of the equator runners go the opposite direction around the track and therefore the spin of the earth goes with the runner and boosts them to faster speeds. The effect gets stronger the close you are to the poles and Australia is about as far down under as you can get.
Remember what happened to Phar Lap. Stayed in the States a bit to long.

RIGHT. Maybe that explains the bored reaction to the recent 5000m world record. It was a terrible race.
