1. WA has stated that the Olympic standards can not be met until after December 1st.
Trials standards are fine now but not Olympic Games.
2. Those shoes are legal for the roads but not the track. The new rules only allow a 24 stack height for the track. This rule went into effect last month.

I'm aware but you didn't really provide an actual rebuttal to my argument that these meets are boring and slow, which was my main point. -
The WA release states:
“Note (ii): To assist athletes adjusting from their current shoes that do not meet the sole thickness heights set out in the table to Rule 5.13.3, the date for compliance is 1 December 2020.” -

The rule says
"Note (ii): To assist Field Event athletes adjusting from their current shoes that
do not meet the sole thickness heights set out in the table to Rule 5.13.3, the
date for compliance is 1 December 2020."
I'm not sure if the phrase "field events" was added later or if the above poster omitted that phrase -

Id go with the poster editing his quote. Since WA has already enforced the rule on the track -
Sunset Tour is an excellent concept. An outdoor meet with fast times and quality Pacers toward the end of the season. Hope it continues to expand going forward.
