Still curious about Levins move to longer distances. Although his high mileage might lend itself to those long distances, I think his need for that high mileage means he lacks endurance talent(he was running 160 mpw to beat guys doing 100mpw) his natural strength seemed to be more in his speed (11.5 100m standing start hand time) which when combined with his heavy endurance training gave him good times from 1500 (3:36) to 10k (27:07). Just because Snell ran 100+ MPW he didn't move up to the 5k so why would running 150+ MPW mean Cam moves up to the marathon?
