Stockholm: 15%
Career: 90%
Although I won't rule out that Samba/Benjamin breaks it first.

Have you realised your mistake and that your anekdote makes no sense at all?

Stride length is caused by ground force production not height
But like I said more speed in each phase of the flat can mean more speed inbetween each hurdle but you are right you do need excellent technique and timming.
If a 45 sec 400m runner and as 43.5 sec. 400m runner with equal technique race than the 43.5 guy has the potential to run a faster race.
It seems Warholm is targeting the WR in Stockholm.
Also Stockholm is better known for distance races, the meeting records in the sprints are very impressive as well:
men: 9.84, 19.77, 43.50, 12.91, 47.41
women: 10.90, 21.88, 49.70, 12.38, 53.70
For me, he has a good chance to break the oldest men's running record in two days.
He has never run the last 75 m as fast as in Monaco.
He was especially slow between hurdle 2 and 4 this time, already ,6 seconds behind his 46.92 from Zürich last fall.
For me, this increases the chance for a record.
Basic timeline for Warholm this year:
The plan for Tokyo started when he left the stadium in Doha.
Early Feb: Skipped indoor nationals.
Feb/March: Covid-19. Lots of confusion.
March 24 : Tokyo officially postponed to 2021.
April 23: European Championships 2020 officially cancelled. Bislett Impossible Games announced.
June 11: Impossible Games. 300H World Best with 33.78. Confirms that the post-Doha training has been excellent. No major events this year, so big opportunity to chase records given the good form.
Aug 14: 400H season opener. Wins with 47.10. 13 steps. Conservative approach with his fastest finish ever.
Aug 23: Stockholm 400H. WR attempt #1.
Sep 17: Rome 400H. Potentially WR attempt #2.
If he doesn't set a new WR in either of these races Young's record lives at least until Tokyo.

I think he has used 12 strides 2 times, not once as I have written.
This changes everything.
No, not everything. But it claryfies the wrong statement from Renato Canova.
Also his anecdote about Young was little bit of nonsens, but it seems he has no interest to accept that.
Can't wait for the race tomorrow, the Young record isn't that great that it should remain forever. 28 years is enough, probably the longest standing men's running world record in athletics history.

What Warholm has, better than Benjamin and Samba, is the aggressiveness. Benjamin and Samba seem to have more "natural" talent, but are more fragile physically and mentally, and of sure are weaker than Karsten under the aerobic point of view.

Lol. How did you arrive at the conclusion that Benjamin & Samba have more natural talent?
I don't think I'm wearing your glasses so maybe if you can help me see...
He’s European. So he’s biased to the belief that Warholms Nordic make up is pure him mentally superior to the two of African descent who may posses superior physical gifts. But clearly are mentally inferior.
Having it hard to believe that he could break it tomorrow. Looks like the winds are going to be 12-13mph at that time. This could be a mid 47 run.

Come on!
Within little over 1 year, he has done 7 of the top 47 performances in history.
47.33 (28); 47.12 (10); 47.43 (=45); 47.26 (22); 46.92 (2); 47.42 (=42); 47.10 (=8)
Just six days ago he run just 0.32 over the world record, in his first 400mH race of the year. He definitely has a serious shot at the record.
Nej. In fact, I will go so far as to say that he won’t be within a half second from it. I know the track venue very well. I hope that I am wrong, however.
Well, I am returning to say that I was very misguided in my prediction! I am shocked to see such a fast time with slower track conditions on the night. Surely, the WR is his for the taking.
