It takes this long to just get to a plea? Clearly their tactic is to stall to keep him out of jail as long as possible. The wheels of justice...
The victim will be a grandma by the time they convict this POS.
St. Francis High School back in the news again for all the wrong reasons.
This school is terrible.
Things there seem to get worse by the year, not better
Now the school is discriminating again, this time giving priority for students in grades 9 and 12 to return to in person learning 4 days a week while students in grade 10 and 11 are not being given the same priority. Seems the school wants more discrimination lawsuits!
Hmm, not sure what axe you have to grind against the school, but that's a silly and super random thing to complain about on this site. And, fyi, there's literally no basis for a successful lawsuit here. For what it's worth, giving priority (which is not thes school's only factor) to freshmen and seniors makes perfect sense. Freshmen, in order to give brand-new students a better, more deep intro to the school for the first time, and seniors because it's their last hurrah.

Imagine paying the same amount in tuition as a senior or freshman yet having your sophomore or junior denied access to in person learning simply because they are a sophomore or junior? Also imagine not receiving a tuition reduction for this? Also note that while this is a private institution, they took out PPP loans and received federal funding through the C.A.R.E.S act which now means they must follow federal guidelines relevant to discriminatory practices.
Not sure this is quite at the same level is having a child rapist on staff.
Absolutely disgusting that some coaches use their positions of power to do this.
I complained in writing by email to the AD and admin in 2015, his first year as head coach. Does anyone know what happened at the hearing yesterday?
Pushed to April 27th
how long do these things typically take? Can we just put this guy in prison already? He's confessed hasn't he?
He had so many complaints on record. School never did anything until the police did
So many complained in writing or in person and the AD and Asst AD sat and did nothing other than side with the former coach. Others at his prior school complained, too.Why is the admin (President/Principal/AD/Asst AD) still working at this school? This is the second time a coach has sexually assaulted a student under the current admin's tenure.

It is amazing that the AD has kept his job. He must be blackmailing someone to keep it.
Good to see that they have 2 great people as coaches at that school now.
We will see if they stay. That place is a mess right now.
I think it's more of the guilty protecting the guilty. If you look at the school's website, it shows the President and AD both worked at the same school in Pago Pago, Samoa w/the current AD being the President's boss in that era. Somehow both made it back to Sacramento within one year of one another and conveniently landed employment at the same high school...what are the odds?
Any updates?
I haven’t heard a word. Not sure if that trial will ever happen and he will be free out there raping more young girls.
