Tough look for the new coach of arguably the most talented male and female distance runners on the planet. Is Tim Rowberry in over his head?

training disrupted for Hassan, likely for Kejelcha too. They will be fine

Sounds like the situation in Addis has been very bad. Kejelcha running a 3:32.6 is not a bad result. Hassan looked like she was straining, but it doesn't sound like her preparation has gone well with all of the unrest around her. If neither shows much else the rest of the year, I'd be concerned.
I think Hassan could have run 14:40ish but she tried to hang with the leaders and then rather DNF instead of falling behind.
Rowbury and Hull were pretty much where I'd have expected. Hull was in for a big PB and Rowbury had shown solid performances in the Big Friendly meets.
For Kejelcha it was quite solid. Engels was not great but SB and he probably isn't better than that without sharpening to top form.
The weakest result od ex/post NOP seems Rogers who finished last in the very high level 1k race. Slower than Koko at Big Friendly. A solid sub 2 runner should get 2:35 at the very least in such good conditions and Monaco.
I give her slack as she switched to Pete Julian's group just earlier this year.
